Hostibox.com will not be held responsible for Service Outages resulting from external downtime factors including, but not limited to, Internet NAP failures, upstream network outages or congestion and backbone failures. Additionally, Hostibox.com will not be held responsible for delays in the registration or transfer of a domain due to providers issues, unscheduled outages, web site specific outrages and outages resulting from malfunctioning customer scripts or applications that are installed by the customer, or for unusual traffic spikes or denial of service attacks on customer web sites.

We only accept downtime justification from Uptimerobot.com with HTTP service monitoring for shared hosting and ping monitoring for VPS and dedicated servers.

Refunds will be issued after request by the customer on ticket system (Billing Department) and upon determination that a service outage, as defined by this guarantee, has occurred. Claim of a service outage must be done in next 72 hours after that, and refund is issued at the end of the concerned month.
